Point97 runs its strategies in public. After every market close we publish what we hold, what we changed, and why.
Our strategies:
- India Swing Portfolio: NSE stocks held for two to three months. Live since 19 Oct 2026.
- Options selling: an index options strategy with its own daily metrics. Coming soon.
- ETF portfolio, Mutual fund portfolio and US stocks: coming soon.
How we invest: India Swing Portfolio
- We buy a stock only after it has held a clear floor, and only near a price where we can define a nearby exit.
- Every holding has a planned exit decided the day we buy, so no single stock can hurt the portfolio much.
- When a stock works, we take some profit and let the rest run.
- We hold stocks for two to three months, and keep the number of positions and the size of each one limited.
- Money not in stocks is never idle: it sits in LIQUIDCASE, a liquid ETF that earns the overnight rate.
How we measure ourselves
- Returns are after estimated charges and include what the cash earns.
- We compare ourselves with NIFTY 50 and NIFTY200 Momentum 30, every day and since inception (19 Oct 2026).
- Alpha is our return minus the benchmark's return.
- Prices of our trades are shown rounded; returns are calculated from the exact prices.
